Is an account required?
You do not need to create an account with us to purchase items or list instruments for sale. We understand that most people have a multitude of usernames and passwords to keep track of and we don't want to add to that unless it's necessary.

Why sign up?
Creating an account gives you the ability to track your purchases with us. Most importanty, having an account allows you to edit instrument listings that you create and automatically receive student or teacher discounts if you qualify.

What about security and privacy?
The information you provide to us is used only to facilitate online purchases. We don't sell or give away information of any kind to any third party. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we do not keep permanent records of credit card numbers in our online database or our physical records. Once your payment is successfully processed, your card information is erased.
