Online Catalog Information - Directors
Our online catalog allows your students (and their parents) to order accessories and more and have the items delivered to school during our regular visits. We are currently working on flyers and posters that highlight this service - please contact us to request them, or if you have questions about our online ordering service. We are also working on several projects specifically for school directors, several of which are highlighted below.
School account ordering
In addition to ordering product via your road rep, phone, or in-store, you will be able to order product online shortly by setting up an online "director account". Our ordering screens will allow you to request product even if you can't locate it in our online catalog and give us instructions regarding billing. We plan on sending out an email once the "director account" system is up and running.
Swap shop
Part of our general site remodeling plan was the remake of our director swap shop service. It will launch in the next 2 weeks, and will work in a similar fashion to our current instrument listings page, allowing you to list a description of items along with pricing and contact information. In addition, directors will be able to list requests for items.
Online Tools
Product Recommendations
Once online director accounts are established, you will be able to add items from the online catalog to your "Recommended Product" list - a list of product that you approve of. Customers purchasing items will be able to see if it's been approved by you. Customers will also be able to search by your name to see only items that you've approved!
Information Postings
Similar to a "blog", this service will allow you to post information relevant to your music program. Post your "School Supplies" letter, add concert dates and information, post information for parents (to make sure they get it!).
