Delivery to School
Customers within our service area can opt to have products delivered to their school by a road representative, free of charge. Deliveries will be left with the music director. The Music Shoppe, Inc is not responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery. A time estimate for delivery is not guaranteed, however eligible schools are visisted on a regular, weekly basis while school is in session. Free delivery is not offered during summer months. For information when The Music Shoppe stops at your school, please ask your music director.
To opt for this delivery method, select "Deliver to School" during check out and search for your desired school. This will override any given delivery address.

FedEx shipping estimates are used during the check out process. Actual shipping methods may vary. TMS reserves the right to give updated shipping charges after an order is placed. The customer will be able to accept the updated shipping rate, or cancel the order.
Pickup from Store
Any item may be picked up from the store. Orders are by default processed out of the Normal location. If an item needs transferred to another location, it may add 1-2 days to the pickup time. To claim your order, please notify our counter staff. A photo ID may be required.
