The Walrus Audio Monument V2 combines classic optical style tremolo with expanded modern control in a compact, pedalboard friendly format.

Inspired by the sweeping landscape of Monument Valley, the Monument V2 delivers everything from smooth vintage pulse to sharp rhythmic modulation with customizable wave shaping and tap tempo functionality.

The pedal features both standard and harmonic tremolo modes. The harmonic mode draws inspiration from vintage Fender Brownface amplifiers by modulating high and low frequencies opposite each other for a warm, chewy feel with added movement and depth.

The expanded controls allow detailed shaping of the tremolo response while remaining intuitive and performance friendly.

Waveform options include:

• Sine
• Square
• Ramp
• Lumps
• Monument Mode (random waveform)

The Division control provides multiple rhythmic subdivisions including:

• Quarter notes
• Triplets
• Eighth notes
• Sixteenth notes

Additional V2 features include a smaller enclosure, top mounted jacks, improved tremolo response across all rates, assignable expression control, external tap tempo support, and rate ramp up functionality.

The multifunction side jack can be assigned on the fly to control:

• Rate
• Depth
• Shape
• Tap Multiplier

A unique momentary bypass function allows temporary activation of the effect while holding the footswitch. When engaged, holding the bypass switch ramps the tremolo speed upward before smoothly returning to the original tempo when released.

With the Depth control lowered and Volume above unity, the Monument V2 can also function as a clean boost.
