How often should I restring my guitar?

String longevity depends on type, usage, and player’s pH level. Typically, strings should be replaced every three months to maintain tone and stability.

How long will my repair take?

Our goal is to complete repairs within one week, though this may vary based on parts or repair complexity.

What is a guitar setup, and when should it be done?

A setup includes a full inspection and adjustment of your guitar’s components to ensure optimal sound and playability. We recommend a setup once per year or when changing string gauges.

A setup can improve resale value or performance on a newly purchased instrument.

How can I maintain my guitar between visits?

Keep your guitar in a stable environment—avoid extreme temperature and humidity changes. Maintain humidity between 45–55%, store in a case, and use a humidifier in dry conditions. Regular playing and early maintenance help prevent larger issues.
