The basswood body provides a balanced tonal foundation with warmth, clarity, and excellent resonance. Paired with a maple neck and Indian laurel fretboard, the instrument delivers a comfortable, responsive playing experience suited for everything from clean passages to heavily driven tones.

The maple neck features a comfortable C-shaped profile, while the 9.5 inch radius fingerboard and 21 medium jumbo frets provide smooth playability for chords, bends, and lead work.

Two J Mascis-spec Jazzmaster single-coil pickups deliver the wide, articulate voice that has made the Jazzmaster a favorite for alternative, indie, rock, and experimental players.
